Joseph Kyles is a native of Louisiana, where he graduated from Southern University in Baton Rouge with a BA in Political Science.  In 1966, Joe was Commissioned as a Second Lieutenant, and served in Vietnam as a Military Intelligence Officer from 1967-1968.  Joe continued service as the Veterans Service Officers for Shelby County Government for 16 years.

 

Joe is married to Betty Kyles with 3 adult children and 6 grandchildren.
