Veterans eligible for the Grant & Per Diem Transitional Housing program can receive housing based on their need (Low Demand, Hospital to Housing, Bridge Housing, Clinical Treatment and Service Intensive models). The veteran will consult the intake worker to select the appropriate housing needed for their case
